Cheri was raised in the Rochester, MN area and currently lives 4 miles West of Rochester in the country. Cheri earned her Physical Therapy degree from the University of Wisonsin La Crosse. In addition to physical therapy, she completed 700 hours of athletic training and developed strength and conditioning programs for football and wrestling programs at the Junior college and high school levels. Cheri was a non-competitive body builder for 6 years.

Raynae Weidert was raised in the Austin, MN area and currently lives in Hayward, MN with her husband and two girls. Raynae earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Riverland Community and Technical College in Albert Lea, MN.

Our mission is to promote healthy lifestyles through regular exercise, good nutrition, and recovery from injury. Our goals are to provide excellent physical therapy services to any individual in need of rehabilitation and to enhance the abilities of athletes and other community members who wish to realize their potential and improve their quality of life.
